no tech help

Recieved product as ordered, the owners manual is vague at best. after spending money on a cable to hook up to tv, and buying a sd card. only to find out this product is not useable at all, doesn't say what channel to tune tv to to set up product and there is absolutely zero tech support. would not buy again. if there was tech support available maybe but not.Just wasted about 4 hours of my life I'll never get back monkeying around with this thing.

Outdoor Surveilance Camera Review

I purchased 2 of these cameras to monitor an entrance that does not have wifi service close enough to use a camera with network capabilities. It performs very well and has one feature that is not mentioned in literature. It retains date/time information during power outages which is very important for overwriting files on SD card.
