Do Not Buy This.

I run a security camera business and was looking for a PTZ camera that would perform well at nights. This was shipped to me from China NOT Germany. When I tested it my $100 cameras performed much better. This is false advertising, made in China crap posing as German engineering. In order to send it back I had to pay my own shipping ($50) - money down the drain. Not to mention how long it took to get to me and how long it took to send back to them. So six weeks later I tied up over $400 of my money on a camera I can't use and don't want before getting a refund..Again...don't buy.

I can state that the other author is right. I am german and I also have problems with this camera. try google translate to read my german review on the facts..As far as I know, Instar is a german OEM distributor of hootoo cams. Same software. same problems. unfortunatelly..
