Really hard to set up

I ordered 3 of the Wanscam PTZ IP wireless outdoor cameras. The mobile app is a .jar file and will not open or install on the Droid as advertised. I went to the Wanscam website and downloaded the software. It will not open after downloaded. The wireless setup is at demo.88safe.com and that is a broken link. The user manual is vague at best. I tried different ways of setup and could not get it to work. I did get really good support from Taylor Cameras. It looks like I need to buy another $50 worth of software for monitoring if I want to use them properly. I found a free android app called IP Cam Viewer Lite that works well if you put the camera as Dericam, that is made by Wanscam. The pictures are not great from the camera indoors. I have yet to install them outside, but after a week of effort they are now working inside.

Poor focus

The camera has all the right features I wanted but noticed the focus was out right out of the box. Tried to read / find how to change and could not find any way to adjust the focus to the proper setting. Otherwise this PTZ camera was good for the price. I would suggest to the manfacture a better camera like the Sony HID ( I think ) and a better web interface with a built-in server.
