IP Networking Experience is Recommended

The hardware works great and the wifi works surprisingly well. 95% of the time I use the "IP Camera Viewer" Android app (by Robert Chou) so I don't deal with the web interface. I would probably rate it 3 stars if I mainly used the built-in website.It loses a star because the documentation is weak and poorly translated (actually, its pretty funny) and I think setup would be difficult for the average computer user. Getting it configured can be tricky but once its working you just give it power and it just works.I really like the pan and tilt mechanism. It is very smooth and quiet. In both the web interface and the Android app you can pan as little or as much as you want by holding down the button. I've used other cameras where it pans a fixed (but configurable) amount each time you touch the button.

The Product is used to monitor my children. It is an excellent. I am able to view my children on the ipad and iphone via downloadable software.
